If you or your customer are dissatisfied with our product or service, we will either offer you a full replacement or offer you a full credit!

Colors: You can choose from many standard ink colors. If you need to match a PMS color, we can do it. Just add $35.00 per color. Although we can not guarantee an exact match, they are very close.

Placing an Order: Please e-mail all orders to sales@ThomasScreenPrinting.com. Please include quantity, color(s), substrate, size and if they are single or double sided. We prefer the artwork be either .eps or .ai (vector based). It is also recommended that you send a .jpg or .pdf for reference.

Rush Service: We understand that you need your signs in a hurry. If you need your order processed faster than our standard lead time (4 business days), we can help. For a rush fee of 10% of the order (minimum $25.00 rush charge), we can get your order shipped on the next business day.

Shipping: Our pricing charts do not include shipping. Most orders will ship via Fedex Ground. Larger orders will ship via Fedex Freight or Fedex National LTL. If you need your signs in a hurry, we have alternative shipping options available. We can also drop ship your order “blind” directly to your customer at no additional charge.

Payment: Due to the fact that your signs are custom and to keep our pricing low, we require full payment up front. We accept Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover, Paypal and electronic check.

Cancel an Order: Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled or modified. You will be charged for the full order amount.

Referral: We hope that your experience with our company is so wonderful that you will tell your friends! For every new customer that you refer to us, we will credit you $25.00. This credit will be issued after receiving their order.
